Import Sales Manager
We are searching for an experienced Import Sales Manager at Jeddah facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Principle Accountability To ensure the sales team is motivated and the given targets are met. Maintain the high moral through effective implementation of MSC Saudi Arabia policies &, procedures. Deliver excellent sales results, ability to work with each member of the team, multitask and able to make right decisions under fast-paced environment, Ability to cope with conflict, stress and non - conformance situation and resolve within the assigned parameters.
- Actively maintain and develop own client portfolio and sell MSC services across business units.
- Maintain and develop close business relationships with client(s) and important stakeholders across industries.
- Develop existing and future customer base, deliver business growth with both current and new Key Account clients.
- Preparation and review of the Key Account Plan in line with the development directions of the companys professional organizations and the entire companys budget plan.
- Assisting in the annual preparation of tender documents for companies managed by the department and actively participating in the escalation management of these companies.
- Responsibility for budget and P&L for nominated accounts.
- Coordination of client life cycles such as business development, implementation, business reviews and results.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the wider sales and business unit organizations on sales plans to develop and increase the MSC import market share.
- Proven experience within a Sales/Key Account/Business Development or any similar field and in Saudi Arabia market.
- An in-depth understanding of the logistics business environment.
- Business development & relationship management skills.
- Highly customer-focused with an ability to build partnering relationships at senior levels.
- Ability to priorities and organize work while handling multiple projects at the same time.
- Innovative with the ability to adapt to new technologies and develop new skills.
